Non riesco a mangiare la pasta “normale” e quelle rare volte che mi va devo mangiare pasta senza glutine. Questa con farina di piselli ha un sapore abbastanza neutro, si distingue da quella normale perché resta più dura e tende a rompersi. Però una buona alternativa e non troppo costosa (non ricordo il prezzo perché la ho comprata un anno fa).

I cannot eat standard pasta, so when I want to eat pasta I have to chose among the gluten-free options. The main difference with respect to standard pasta is that this one is harder and breaks quite easily. However, it is a good pasta and quite cheap (I do not remember the price as I bought it one year ago).
