the 'egg' cubes are made with OnlyEg, didn't taste like egg tbh. tasted sweet and salty because of the sauce haha and the texture was kind of like vegan fish tofu - squishy and springy. went well with the rest of the fresh veggies. pretty value for money at $10 for a light bowl with 75g poke but i think it's for a limited time only. wouldn't mind getting it again!
