This was pretty good! It did come kinda of jumbled up so we had to cut it into little pieces, but we sauteed it with a little olive oil and shiitake mushrooms with a side of Near East couscous and it was a nice meal! Fairly bland but I am sure would be good if you add a sauce of some type. Interesting texture and was nice for a change.
