Smoked Provolone & Broccoli Soup at Monster Vegan — ALEXA's Review (Oct 30, 2022)

fall means soup season is here (!!!) so i had to opt for monster vegan’s Smoked Provolone & Broccoli Soup special… thick, lush, and creamy with the broccoli cheeze flavor on point ~ fulfilling all my panera soup dreams, but like a fancier step-up cause the provolone adds a richer depth to the taste that og cheddar just doesn’t have… plus, do you see those cute little croutons on top?! yeah, they’re housemade & totally freaking bomb (if you can’t tell, they really blew my mind with these haha)! 🍂🫕🥦 #saveveganrestaurants
