This is a great vegan substitute for breakfast sausage. I never had breakfast sausage in my life, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. However, I just tried this recently with my non-vegan family members and I thought it had a lot of flavor and was pretty good. They really loved it! I recommend this product. 💚💜
