I must say this was my first attempt with nutritional yeast flakes. I was attracted to the possibility of finding a #vegan alternative to cheeses like parmigiano or pecorino to season #pasta , #risotto , #soups , etc. The flavour was unusual for me, and in my opinion different from what a cheese would add; however, it definitely add some #flavour to dishes, and is nutritionally very interesting! #b12 #vitamind
