Review of Vegan jajjangmyeon at Gum Gang Won Restaurant by nadoose

The dish was just announced on their IG so its not on their physical vegetarian menu yet, but the waiter was informed about it so no worries. The dish was served cold, the meat bits tasted like soy/luncheon and was mildly warm.

I think the dish tastes quite mild and a bit watery. Dish does not contain alliums. They have a separate set of sides for vegetarian dishes, so the kimchi doesn't contain any anchovies too. The sides are very generous and a nice addition to the mild dish.

I wouldn't eat this again, will stick to my instant paldo jajjangmyeon, but I'll still visit the restaurant and try their other vegan dishes since the location is quite convenient.
