I like to enjoy this cup of tea on its own without any sugar. Its bitter taste allows me to appreciate its own beauty.

Yet if you are seeking for a sweeter pleasure, you can add a packet of sugar. It may not be nutritiously perfect.

Nonetheless, it really depends on my mood that day, I may take it with sugar on its first cup, but just with hot water for the refills.
