I love the flavour but I agree regarding the additives. I think it seems pretty easy to replicate 🍄 

Lentil and Mushroom pâté

Nice to try - a tasty topping on crackers.  Just has a lot of ingredients such as thickeners, stabilisers, emulsifiers and preservatives. So will purchase again once in a while as a treat.
