I found this crumble at Sprouts and I really like it. It’s made with yellow split peas and cauliflower. I’ve enjoyed it in tacos and marinara so far. The flavor is good by itself, but fairly neutral, which is nice because you can also add your own flavors/seasonings. It doesn’t taste like meat, but adds the texture you might miss from meat, and is a healthier alternative to the plant based meats. I will buy this again. #veganin2022
