Satay Tofu at Punk Pasta — jessskh's Review (Oct 24, 2022)

I’ve been wanting to go to Punk Pasta for a while because I was so excited for another vegan pasta place! The restaurant is nice, chill vibes in a really cute area.

This dish is crispy tofu drizzled in coconut milk satay marinade and a peanut dressing.
Satay is one of my favourite flavours and the satay sauce is usually the best part of a satay dish however the sauce in this dish wasn’t the best part - it was actually how crispy the tofu was!! I have never had tofu that crispy in my life - they did such a good job!
