This is a delicious rich miso, perfect for adding an umami flavour to homemade soups. I made the mistake of dolloping in too much at the start and it does make the soup quite salty but I've learned since then... remember, you can always add more but you can't take it out! Love that it comes in a glass jar. #umami #recyclable
