Review of Kimchi - Love Organics by cake

This was my first time trying Love Organics. I sampled a few of their fermented products at the vegan expo in Brisbane recently and picked up a jar of their kimchi while I was there. I find vegan kimchi varies hugely between brands and this one is quite unique. There’s a great mix of textures and flavours in there- I can taste the crunch of thin carrot strips and the spice of ginger. Not everyone’s cup of tea I’m sure but I’m a big fan! It goes so well in salads, wraps and especially on toast with avo. Will likely get a jar of something else next time to try their other products!
