I prefer the Go Go Quinoa macs, honestly, but this was decent for a change. It was creamy but definitely didn't taste as comforting as a typical bowl of mac and cheese. You can definitely tell there are veggies in this, and you won't fool any non-vegans here either! I'd only buy this again if it was on (a big) sale.
