So I listed this as instant food. Which is not really a sub category it should be under. This should be under snacks. However the sub category of snacks did not have an appropriate option. I add the stuff to the top of my açai bowls or sometimes grab a couple for snack. Or, I’ll add them to my homemade granola. I love this company and the products they produce. They tend to be on the price your side, but they are well worth it. High quality, tastes good, and is for you, others, and the planet. The jars are also good quality and can be repurposed.
