Ordered this through delivery, so they left a steamhole in the packaging.
It is essentially a kimchi pancake, but vegan version and includes a vinegary soy dipping sauce.
They cut them into 8 pieces.
They are soft and little chewy, but delicious.
It looks and has a minor cheesy taste but it is completely vegan and does not contain any cheese. It has mung beans, bean sprouts and kimchi in it.
Would definitely order again!
