Review of Cheese and Tomato Toastie at The Vegan Chef Umhlanga by ullu
I was blown away by the cheese in this toastie. It melted properly and it nowhere near as glue-y as most vegan cheeses can be. The bread was also well toasted. If I ever feel like some comfort food, I will get this again.
