Really good version of a Lemon Meringue Pie. Even though it's is very sweet, It's has a nice tart sour flavoured filling. I love lemon flavour! I the liked the pastry at bottom which was cooked very evenly and was not dense. The maringue is great for a vegan alternative. Overall great.
