Review of Baiye - Unicurd by eritakay
Baiye tofu is a very versatile ingredient. Its name translates to ‘hundred pages’ as it perfectly describes the soy product. These soy sheets can be sliced thin to form the base of a good salad recipe; you can serve it cold by using the Taiwanese Liangmian recipe (sans the noodles), hot with your favourite Chinese chilli oil recipe drizzled over it, or even part of your veggie stir-fry ingredient.
Each packet contains a whopping 60 grams of protein!
