🔸Primana-Vegetable strudel🔸
This strudel is made of phyllo dough, not puff pastry and is still nicely crunchy.
Inside there’s a vegetable filling, with broccoli, zucchini, carrots, celery and potatoes. The filling is creamy and the vegetables are very delicious! It tastes homemade and natural.
It’s very convenient, you just need to bake it for 20min. I did mine in an air-fryer. I also like it already comes pre-cut.
I didn’t know what to expect from this, but after trying it it’s definitely worth its price. I thought this is too little for 3 portions but it’s actually very filling! I had it with a chestnut-mushroom sauce and it was a perfect combination.
