Not a fan of scrambled tofu, and unfortunately in trying this one out, it didn't help winning me over. The tofu scramble had a very bitter taste. Had to put some salt on it and make a plan by eating it with the other goodies on the plate.
Everything else was great, I especially loved the vegan bites which were like falafels. And I appreciated the dairy-free butter.
A good, decent portion. Glad I tried it but will be moving on to the other options the next time. I think those who enjoy these kind of fry-ups will definitely like this.

Yup, Jackson's tofu scramble leaves much to be desired - Fresh Earth's is much nicer.
