Got this from the clearance section. Something I might not have gotten if it wasn't half off. Explicitly 'vegan' claim #forthedollar.
Made a bolognaise with this and the Harvest Gourmet mince that I have had in my freezer for quite a while. Turned out pretty flavourful, and the stock probably went a ways towards contributing to that. It's more pricey than say making your own stock or just using stock cubes, but it is pretty convenient.
