Prepared at your table, the dish can be made to your taste. As the nachos are salty, I would skip on the added salt next time. You can't get much fresher than seeing the avocado being opened in front of you, and it was a large piece of fruit. To this was added the individual items from the small dishes, which are tailored to your choice.
