I love most of the baking mixes from Macro Mike but I’ve found the cookie mixes to be kind of average. This one though, is amazing. Really delivers on the triple choc flavour. They taste very similar to the actual protein cookies sold by Macro Mike. The texture is somewhere between a cookie and a brownie, although I probably did use more almond milk than suggested. I prefer them this way though. Yummo!
