Very expensive. But very intense taste. Which is good, because you only need little.
The taste is excellent to make dishes tase like egg. For example put it on crumbled tofu, together with a bit more salt if needed, pepper, a bit oil, a bit vinegar, cumin (for the color) and some hot spice it's going to be great.
