Power packed , super delicious bowl 😻
Barley, Roasted Beets & Roasted butternut ( made to perfection)
Crispy green beans, courgette, carrots, basil & mint
Served with roasted sunflower seeds , a dressing of lemon medjool, dates and harissa
Garnish with crisped onions

We added tofu

Great meal , one I would definitely have again
