Ya. Pretty disappointing. I thought that they would stay together when sautéed. Nope. They are essentially patties, not “sliced sausage”. In order to get these guys to stay in a “slice” you would probably need to use more oil than any of us are comfortable with. The taste was MEH. Nothing special. Needed to dice them myself to get the Italian flavor profile.
