Stone-Fired Sourdough at Da Paolo Gastronomia - Raffles City — Teng Chu Yu's Review (Oct 7, 2022)

$5.50 for about thrice the size of this (a medium-sized loaf). Very moist, gluten-y and slightly sticky on the inside and nicely crunchy on the outside :D Mildly tangy sourdough flavour. Would be even better if there is a version scattered with walnuts and a bit of salt mixed evenly into the bread dough before baking! :) #sgbreads #sourdough
