This is not your traditional Chile Relleno but is next level!! Absolutely Amazing! Chile poblado stuffed with a super flavorful great texture quinoa salad! Wow! With a delicious mole sauce poured over with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Served with tostadas and a side of rice.
Consists of- Chile poblano relleno de Quinoa con Mix de nueces bañado con nuestro mole de la casa, ajonjoli negro y cebolla desflemada acompañado con tostadas
deshidrata y guarnición de arroz.
I really recommend this dish, it’s very unique!
