Very sugary! The cupcake tasted good and had a nice fluffiness, especially for a gluten-free treat!

It felt a little oily, and the icing was a little intense, but I have always felt that way about store-bought icing (like you can get from the bakery at Kroger for example) which I think is what they were going for.

The sprinkles gave it a nice crunch :)
