I absolutely love this poke bowl! I wish they had poke bowls like these in the states! The base is rice, I asked for brown but they didn’t have it. Topped with lettuce, sliced cucumbers, julienned carrots, chopped beets, fried cauliflower, edamame, furikake, avocado, and onion!! I asked for tofu but they didn’t have that as a protein option. Will definitely be poking them for more vegan options 🌱
