Veggie Taco at Maya Burrito Co. — Emily Saenz's Review (Sep 30, 2022)

At this restaurant, you can build your own taco, burrito, bowl, etc like at Chipotle. I made a vegan taco that was pretty good- the best part being the fresh-made hard shell. The chips & guacamole were also tasty. Would have loved the option of vegan cheese and/or sour cream. I would also venture to guess it is minority/woman owned. The food seemed fresh and well-made.
