Review of Brussels Aioli at Modern Love by aishahalattas

This may just be the best brussel sprout dish I’ve ever had. Roasted in garlic aioli, with toasted pine nuts, arugula and sorrel - a really picquant appetizer that whets the appetite especially with a squeeze of lemon. I would even challenge a brussel sprouts hater to try this and not love it!
