I’m kind of torn on this cheese. It’s better than a lot, but like some other vegan cheeses, it does have a bit of a lingering aftertaste. All-in-all it’s enjoyable though and a little on top of a salad, in a pasta dish or a bite on its own is great. All vegan cheese is better than rape-cheese 😤
