I actually never even like luncheon meat previously,tried it once and it just wasn’t my thing.
This one i tried out of curiosity,as always.
Not too bad for #fakemeat i wld say. I made kimchi stew with it.
It had the meat or those corned beef kind of taste tht comes in a can.
It’s a huge tin,and i got d smaller one. Couldn’t finish it in one go when ure cooking for one. I had abt 4 meals sorted with this one can.
2nd round i just chopped it smaller and made it wth gochujang dry stew and ate it wth rice.
Taste is ok. I asked my pork eating friend and she said it did taste quite decent conside tht it’s #mockmeat .
I wld probably just hv ths on my pantry reserved for lazy cooking days.
