First time I try a vegan “chilpachole” (traditional Mexican dish from the coast) and it was magnificent 🥰 The tiny pieces of mushrooms on a slightly spicy broth are so good 💚 Warm for the cold season 🌱 Don’t forget to add some lemon juice 😉 #plantforward
