Review of Yam cake at Vegetarian Express Cafe by ziggyradiobear

No yam taste at all. Maybe minimal yam used, consist more flour. Factory-made I am guessing, they had a steamer cabinet on display with siew mai and all. The yam cakes were swimming in sweet sauce, horribly sweet.
