This was reduced and I love their potato salad, so I decided to try it! It was the usual cabbage and carrot with some onion too. It’s creamy and the veggies were chopped quite small, so it’s easy to eat. I put this on a piece of crusty bread with vegan ham and it was pretty good that way!
I don’t really like raw onion, but it works well in this and as far as coleslaw goes, I would say it’s pretty high quality. #plantforward
