This product is what gives vegan alternatives a bad reputation.
It weirdly hardens when heated. When I tried to melt it under a grill, it was like tiny shards of plastic. When sprinkled on pasta it was like eating small pieces of hay.

It's strange because the PC slices are pretty good but the shreds are awful....I got the mozzarella shreds and they were pretty inedible.
