Cooked it today: made some delicious #pasta with a #vegan cream from #alpro
As I opened it I was shocked: the smell was identical!
The textures is different, it feels "artificial" but you didn't notice it while eating.
The taste was the typical smoked #salmon taste. I personally couldn't finish my dish: the taste was so similar that after 5 years without fish it was a bit of a shock tasting it again. My parents enjoyed it and finished also my dish, so I think this was a great success after all
