Really tasty! A surprising amount of homemade flavor for a frozen meal.
Spicy and tangy and it has a bit of a “chew” due to the combo of rice and quinoa.
Least favorite part was the sweet potato as it didn’t seem to really “match” the rest of the meal and all the seeds were a bit weird texture.
Maybe fresh avocado on the side or nachos would be a great addition!
So long as it settles well 😅😅 then I would definitely purchase this again, but I’d wait til it goes on sale bc it’s quite pricey!
