Un platillo novedoso y exquisito. Funciona muy bien como una entrada para compartir. 
Cuatro flores de calabaza rellenas de queso vegetal, rebozadas y servidas en un espejo de salsa de tomate nada picante. ¡Muy ricas!
Al morderlas hay que tener cuidado porque las sirven recién hechas y vienen muy calientes, podrías quemarte el paladar.
