Finally found something to satisfy my chocolate chip cookie craving. I got this as a freebie from my goodie bag from Everyday Vegan Grocer. It can be too dry for some due to lack of butter & eggs used but this one is suitable for me as I prefer more crisp to cookies instead of the softer ones.
Definitely a wonderful pairing with coffee!
