Review of Signature Stir-fried Laksa at Lotus Café 蓮心食坊 by eritakay

I love Laksa, and just recently found out it’s better when it’s stir-fried! The heat must’ve caramelised some of the coconut milk, giving the dish a nice savoury sweet umami flavour to it. Love it so much!
