First of all I just wanna say it came out SO fast. It felt like 5 minutes from ordering to it arriving at the table. Fastest food I've ever had at a restaurant.
The base was thin, bomb, got that pizza oven feel. The red sauce was so flavourful and fragrant. I had some vegan mozz (which there wasn't very much of, but it was creamy and delicious), vg nduja (which I'd go without next time, just not my cup of tea), vg Tuscan sausage (delicious, will have again), and cherry tomatoes+mushrooms (fresh, juicy). It was a delicious combination - even with the nduja.
Yeah, I'll definitely be back.
Side note; I hope they consider offering vegan pasta dishes, as the only one was a starter (VG Mac & cheese), and all of their main pasta dishes use egg pasta. Please, as a pasta fanatic, I beg you.
