Delicious instant food. 酸辣粉 has been growing in popularity but unfortunately, not many vegan options available on the market. This is a good one.

Comes with a lot of condiments and 'side dishes' (配料). Other than the usual dehydrated vegetables that are a staple with most instant noodle food products, there's also tofu skins and peanuts. The crunchy peanuts and generous portions of tofu skins are yummy! The tofu skins and peanuts are wonderful and refreshing additions, adding depth and texture to the glass noodles.

The soup is very tasty, flavoured wonderfully with sesame seeds. The spicy level is just nice, not too spicy. Remember to add the vinegar pack last, after the glass noodles are cooked; just before eating.

Very convenient and delicious quick meal. Nice change from the usual boring instant noodles (wheat flour noodles). Great to have these in the pantry for those lazy days or a quick meal. 👍
