Very small slice, but amazing quality and taste. Not too sweet or rich and has a great texture. Base seems to possibly be made of ginger biscuits.

Mine is in the fridge. Couldn’t begin to eat it yesterday after having a two course meal there! I also had stake, ‘egg’ & chips, and a spud bowl. I know, greedy much? 😂
