U-mian at Bao Su Zhai 寶素齋Cheryl Jia Le's Review (Sep 17, 2022)

Came here during the peak hours on the 15th day of the Lunar Calendar and there was a freaking long queue! The almost 30 minutes wait was worth it though as these noodles are so good — slight chewiness coated in dark sauce, paired with a big bowl of spinach soup. Yum!
