Their signature sauce is a harmonious, strong-tasting blend of sweet, spicy, tangy & savoury, which goes really well with the ‘fish’ that’s crisp in the outside and soft, moist and flaky on the inside. There’s also a lime for you to add been more tanginess to the dish! 🍋😋
