Red Quinoa Rice with Peppery Batter Chicken at Vegelab — Steven Neoh's Review (Sep 15, 2022)

Not brilliant, but I think that's in part down to the fact that it was a long-distance GrabFood delivery. They buried the #blackpepper #fakechicken (see 2nd picture, totally unconvincing texture anyway 😐) underneath the moist vegetables so whatever crunchiness had called it a day ☹️ The assorted root vegetables on the side tasted like they were simply blanched, and added nothing to the dish. The #eryngii could have been used more creatively. Served with red #quinoa #rice.

Don't be fooled by the name of this establishment - they do use milk and eggs so only go for the items which carry the word vegan in their names 🤷‍♂️
